We are constantly developing our Stress Management and Wellness Workshops using the latest interventions in psychology.
The aim is to provide clients with the necessary practical coping skills to deal with everyday stressors, either in the workplace, in the home, or in the professional world of sport.
We recently launched the Horse Assisted Learning workshop, “From The Boardroom To The Barn” which aims at developing communication and leadership skills. “Getting back to basics and incorporating mindful behaviour helps avoid premature cognitive commitment”
